Are you a world-class growth leader with a proven track record of scaling customer lifetime value (LTV) across global digital products? We’re looking for a VP / Director of Lifecycle & Retention Marketing to own and scale the global lifecycle and retention engine across this portfolio as we expand into new markets and B2B opportunities. In this high-impact role, you’ll operate at the intersection of growth, product, and data, leading a high-performing team to shape how millions of users and businesses engage with and stay loyal to our products—while driving Kape’s evolution into a top global cybersecurity company.
You will lead a team of ~20 across CRM, lifecycle, pricing, and CRO, defining the next generation of retention through AI-driven personalization, advanced experimentation, and world-class customer journeys.
What You’ll Own
Define & Scale the Lifecycle Growth Strategy
Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across all brands, with a clear mandate to maximize LTV, reduce churn, and accelerate revenue growth. Build and execute a global roadmap spanning onboarding, engagement, renewal, upsell, and winback.
Lead a Best-in-Class Retention Organization
Build, scale, and inspire a high-performing team of ~20 across CRM, lifecycle marketing, and CRO. Develop strong leadership layers, elevate talent, and foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and impact.
Own Monetization & Pricing Strategy
Drive the evolution of pricing, packaging, and monetization levers across multiple products. Partner closely with Product and Finance to optimize subscription models, promotions, add-ons, and upgrade paths that maximize long-term customer value.
Drive AI-Powered CRM & Personalization
Leverage cutting-edge CRM platforms and AI-driven tools to deliver highly personalized, data-driven customer experiences at scale. Continuously evolve segmentation, targeting, and automation strategies.
Optimize the End-to-End Customer Journey (CRO & Lifecycle)
Own the intersection of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lifecycle marketing, ensuring seamless, high-converting user journeys across all touchpoints—from onboarding through renewal.
Build a Unified Retention Ecosystem
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Data, and Engineering to create a cohesive retention and monetization engine. Align incentives, roadmaps, and execution to deliver business impact.
Champion Data-Driven Growth
Establish best-in-class analytics and experimentation frameworks. Deeply understand and optimize key metrics including churn, resurrection, winback, upsell, renewal rates, and LTV.
Hands-On Leadership in a Scaling Environment
Operate as both a strategic leader and an execution partner—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to unblock teams, launch initiatives, and drive results, especially in a high-growth or smaller company environment.
What We’re Looking For

8–10+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing within high-scale digital, SaaS, or cybersecurity businesses

Proven track record of driving LTV growth, reducing churn, and scaling monetization

Leadership experience managing teams of 10+, with the ability to build and scale organizations

Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, experimentation (CRO), and retention strategy

Strong experience with pricing and subscription monetization models

Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and advanced segmentation

Highly data-driven, with strong analytical and experimentation capabilities

Hands-on operator who can execute as well as lead

Exceptional cross-functional collaborator across Product, Sales, Data, and Customer teams

Clear, compelling communicator who can align and inspire at all levels

At the moment, we do not sponsor visas in the EU. For Hong Kong, we require at least two years of working experience and a university degree in a related field. For Singapore and the UK, we can only sponsor visas for mid-career or above.
