Job Description

The Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific Business Centre is a strategic leader responsible for supporting unified, marketing strategies for the portfolios of three distinct business segments.

Main responsibilities include:

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Values difference by developing and delivering comprehensive GTM plans that align with business unit goals and strategic priorities.
• Product knowledge and launches: Leads and collaborates seamlessly the launch readiness and execution of new products and capabilities, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and regions.
• Performance tracking: Monitor pipeline and revenue impact of new product introductions, leveraging dashboards and scorecards to assess effectiveness and ROI to drive results.
• Industrial market intelligence: Analyse global industrial control markets, know and understand market share, identify trends and understand how competitive offerings align.
• Competitive intelligence: Maintain and update competitive information datasets.
• Business planning: Together with the business manager, develop annual business plans with quantifiable outcomes, budget alignment, and cross-functional integration.
• Act as an extension of the business managers and become a trusted advisor.
• Lead pricing activities for new and existing products within the portfolios.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

• Based in Singapore.
• Able to travel 25% - domestically and internationally.
• Proficient in English – reading, writing, speaking, and listening; CEFR level B2 / C1.
• A recognised tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or business-related field.
• 7 years' experience in industrial automation domain with depth of understanding of the full Rockwell Automation portfolio (products, software and services) and corresponding value proposition. International experience will be a strong advantage.
• Strategy and marketing experience and experience driving portfolio-oriented messaging.
• You will have Results of collaborating across a global matrix organisation.
