Our design teams craft bespoke experiences that encourage people to make their digital lives more private and secure. We’re guided by a highly iterative user-centred design process that combines research, data, and thoughtful critique.

Your job will be to elevate our brand communication to the next level, ensuring that we are known and trusted for top-quality products and beautiful design. You’ll work with a team of talented designers on advertising, websites, apps, and everything in between.

In this role, you will

• Lead the creative and optimization strategy for key revenue funnels, campaigns, and product-driven experiences aimed at improving conversion rates.

• Define and evolve data-informed design systems, templates, and frameworks that support rapid experimentation and iteration across channels.

• Work closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to turn business goals and user insights into high-converting, user-centred experiences.

• Design and optimize high-impact touchpoints, such as landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign experiments, focused on measurable performance outcomes.

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, design personalization, and testing, setting best practices for how AI enhances creative and analytical workflows.

• Continuously refine UI/UX across the funnel using CRO methodologies, A/B testing, and analytics to guide design decisions.

• Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and processes to scale and automate design-led growth initiatives.

Role Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in product design at a tech company, preferably a startup

• Strong experience in top-of-funnel design — focused on landing pages, subscription flows, conversion path, and pre-subscription experiences, rather than core product design

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Figma, but you have likely tried out Photoshop, Framer, Pro Create, or other design tools

• Proven experience working with AI tools

• Understanding of UI & UX principles for designing landing pages, emails, and other interfaces

• A strong portfolio showcasing visual design, vector illustrations, and UI design is mandatory

• Detailed understanding of typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy, and the use of photography and illustration

• Confident but willing to learn: You give and receive constructive criticism well

• Well-organized, able to take on multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
