Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading assigned technical teams to support daily, seasonal, and ad-hoc Entertainment offerings. Duties include supporting scheduling, training coordination, and events execution.

  • Provide onsite technical support for assigned offerings, including logistics coordination, equipment preparation, technical schedule support, troubleshooting, repair, programming, and operation of Entertainment Technical systems as required.

  • Partner with internal and external teams to support the development and delivery of Entertainment offerings.

  • Assist in financial processes such as purchasing requests, quotations collection, budgeting support, and reporting.

  • Support the development and updating of Operational Guides, Maintenance Manuals, and Maintenance Plans.

  • Ensuring compliance with Disney Standards and Safety requirements within assigned areas.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Audio, Lighting, Pyrotechnics, Rigging, Scenic Construction, Show-Control or Video.

  • Some exposure to team coordination or leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD/Sketch Up is an advantage.

  • Good command of spoken and written English; knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) will be an advantage.

  • Basic technical design ability in one area such as audio, lighting, video, or show programming is preferred.
