Data Intelligence & Operational Reporting** - Aggregate, structure, and analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. - Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools to inform strategic decisions at both team and leadership levels. **2. Cross-Functional & Tactical Execution** - Serve as a versatile resource for daily operational needs, from on-the-floor coordination to administrative optimization and project-based execution. - Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, data science, workforce management) to align frontline tasks with broader business objectives. **3.
