This opportunity positions the Assembly Technician Trainee as an integral member of the assembly engineering team, collaborating with experienced professionals to support the design, troubleshooting, and optimization of products and systems. The role enables development of foundational knowledge in electrical, mechatronics, or electronics in real-world projects while fostering development of skills across various technical areas.
What you will do:
- Assist in the assembly, development, and interpretation of test hardware.
- Support the design and analysis of test hardware systems.
- Contribute to solving assembly and quality issues related to pneumatics and mechanics through troubleshooting and repair.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work processes and outcomes.
- Continuously learn and apply new skills to improve technical proficiency
Who We’re Looking For:
- Students studying Electronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechatronics, or electronics principles.
- Sound understanding of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic schematics, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Any experience with or exposure to CAD software is considered advantageous
- Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
- Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
- High proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Russia is a plus.

Ericsson Estonia 2026 summer internship eligibility criteria:
- Currently studying at a University or Vocational School
- Your current study course will continue after August 2026
- You have valid working rights in Estonia at least till 31.08.2026
- You are available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (Mon-Fri) for at least standard period of 01.06-14.08.2026
