About this opportunity:

Join us at Ericsson as part of our Field Services team where you play a crucial role in supporting service functions in Operations and Engineering. You will ensure that services provided to our customers remain consistently available and meet our Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. This role requires a hands-on approach, performing on-site activities and ensuring adherence to Project OHS requirements.

What you will do:

• Conduct corrective maintenance activities and manage site facility operations in data centers.

• Ensure safe work environment through inspection and risk assessment, adherence to PPE guidelines, and reporting potential safety hazards on-site.

• Handle site information management, monitoring and updating as needed whilst reporting health and safety incidents promptly.

• Supervise third parties on site ensuring safety measures are met and unsafe behaviors are addressed.

• Carry out on-site service activation/deactivation, data collection for optimization, preventive maintenance and spare part handling.

• Manage site access permissions, implementing security instructions, escalating security incidents, and safeguarding the site from unauthorized access.
