What You'll Do
We are looking for a Senior Partnerships (IP) Producer to join us on the Fortnite team to oversee the execution of activations with external licensing partnerships across multiple products. In this position, you will manage the internal and external coordination of multiple projects from ideation to release, collaborating closely with Partnerships, Art, Gameplay, and Marketing teams. You will be responsible for partner-facing communications throughout the project, managing submissions for partner review and approval, tracking the status of hundreds of individual assets and deliverables, and ensuring feedback is addressed and that all assets are approved in time for release.
In this role, you will

Work with internal stakeholders to align on the scope and creative deliverables of each partner project, then track the status of partner reviews and approvals of all cosmetics and gameplay involving external brands and partners.

Clearly present the creative process, feedback checkpoints, proposed scope of creative assets, and timeline expectations to partners during kickoff calls.

Manage written communications with partners in a professional and timely manner, providing updates and outlining clear requests and deadlines on asset reviews and feedback.

Manage the internal feedback process with other teams to ensure notes are addressed and sent back to the partner efficiently.

Coordinate with internal producers to ensure all elements of an activation remain on track for release and account for partner review and feedback.

Update and maintain a tracking system to provide internal visibility into the current status, risks, and next steps for all in-flight projects.

Lead a team of producers and work closely with other leads, pushing for high-quality execution on behalf of both Epic and the partner.
What we're looking for

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in art or gameplay production

Production team leadership experience and the ability to guide teams through ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment and high-pressure scenarios, while also managing projects and tracking delivery of large volume, high-quality deliverables with aggressive timelines

Comfort in controlled chaos - be able to triage, prioritize, and guide the team to stay focused on high-impact initiatives. Passionate about production and partner management, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Experience managing external communications with high-caliber partners on behalf of a large company like Epic Games. Able to seek and propose solutions for any challenge presented during the production cycle

Ability to communicate effectively with varying levels of stakeholders, internally and externally, and collaborate with teams to complete initiatives, communicate frequently and proactively to highlight progress, risks, and mitigations

Strong understanding of the cosmetics, game dev, and marketing pipeline, and experience working directly with gameplay development teams

Experience using Shotgrid, JIRA, Miro, Slack, Airtable, Google Suite, and Trello

Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution
