Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage overall general affairs and administrative operations for the company.
- Manage facility operations including office buildings, production support areas, and workplace infrastructure.
- Oversee company asset management including office equipment, company vehicles, and administrative resources.
- Manage facility maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
- Oversee workplace security systems and access control, including visitor management and security vendor coordination.
- Manage relationships with external service providers such as security, cleaning, cafeteria, landscaping, and other facility vendors.
- Plan and support company events, executive protocols, internal meetings, and corporate functions, including coordination of travel, accommodation, and dining for internal and external visitors.
- Manage workplace facilities operations and administrative support programs to enhance employee engagement, and workplace satisfaction.
- Manage administrative budgets and monitor operational costs to ensure cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements related to facility and administrative operations.
- Lead and manage the general affairs team while promoting continuous improvement in administrative services.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in general administration, or corporate services.
- Experience in facility management and administrative operations within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience managing vendors, service contracts, and administrative budgets. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Proven leadership experience managing administrative or support teams.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, security management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Business English communication skills preferred.
