The Process Excellence role works with operational leadership to develop continuous improvement strategies, generate ad-hoc analyses and perform operational impact assessments.
Essential Functions:

Extract and analyze data using business analytics tools and through data extracts.
-
Understand the business problem, able to convert it as an analytical problem.
-
Understand the data need, collect, interpret and clean the data for analysis.
-
Produce meaningful insights using analytical/data modelling techniques and interpret and justify the results with the business context.
-
Able to present the analysis and results to the business stakeholders and generate BI reports .
-
Share insights, analytical assessment, and best practice.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to Identify strategy for implementing recommendations.
-
Implement recommendations and monitor their progress across assigned projects.
-
Prepare and present updates to senior management.
-
Develop and prioritize execution of recommendations to achieve goals.
Education & Qualifications:
-
Full time bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, science, or Accounting.
-
2-3 years of experience in delivering operational process improvements or initiatives.
-
Professional certification(s) related to process design and improvement (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified; Lean Analysis; Business Analysis)
-
High proficiency (8/10) with Excel, PowerPoint; Visio or any other process mapping tools, Competent (5/10) with PowerBI; Tableau; SQL; Azure Databricks; Minitab.

Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively gather process requirements, build relationships and provide sufficient influence to achieve success.

Creative problem solver that can break down complex problems into meaningful parts to identify and solve for improvement areas.

Ability to analyze complex data to determine appropriate course of action towards the objectives.
-
Strong execution skills to support robust deployment of improvement and transformation opportunities in a dynamic environment.
-
Ability to work with a high degree of detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
-
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing projects
-
Banking, Financial services/ Insurance business knowledge is an asset.
-
Technical expertise regarding data modelling using statistical techniques, data mining.
-
Strong knowledge of and experience with the data modelling techniques like Time Series, Regression, Segmentation, Clustering.
-
Strong analytical skills to be able to understand the business problem, collect and analyze the data and able to interpret the results.
-
Experience in executing cross border improvement projects.
-
Good mentoring skills.
-
An excellent team player.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
-
Ability to work virtually with members across time zones.
