In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Identify and procure goods and services for an organization and ensure that the operational needs are met by considering price, quality, delivery, and continuity of supply.

  • Responsible for the on-time delivery of materials to avoid factory operation delays or line stoppages.

  • Set up new vendors in the ERP system.

  • Keep procurement activities compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Ensure proper alignment of the supply chain for products and raw materials across our business units.

  • Provide reports that can help in developing and improving current systems in procurement.

  • Support major procurement functions with increasing responsibilities involving multiple projects simultaneously with domestic and international suppliers.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or other Engineering/Management-related courses.

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain, or data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting

  • Knowledgeable in Procurement functions, Supply Chain Management concepts, and Bill of Materials (including parent/child assembly relationships).

  • Fair understanding of environmental legislation (e.g., ROHS, REACH) and Project Management principles.

  • Basic understanding of procurement systems and tools (ERP, MRP, SRM).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
