In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for assigned roles, including job posting coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation support.

• Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand basic role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and internal talent pools.
• Ensure candidates have a positive and inclusive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system.
• Support recruitment reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Internship, project, or part‑time experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or coordination roles.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred, to support interactions with Mandarin‑speaking candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with social media or online platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Exposure to working in a fast‑paced or team‑based environment.
• Interest in working with diverse teams across different cultures or regions.
