In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

**•**Provide site service to installed based customers

• Provide emergency service to customers

• Provide technical support standards and best practices to customers

• Manage products recall/replacement

• Reports progress and technical problems to service manager

• Communicate technical problems to factory teams

• Co-work closely with all BU team members

• Pro-actively identifies potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work

• Manage the timesheet and service schedule

Who You Are:

• You ensure the effective management, implementation, and successful completion of all services assigned to the team.

• Customer Focus. Build strong relationships with customers and satisfy customer-centric solutions

• Collaborates closely with Customer, Sales, Inside Sales Engineer, PMO, Finance, Logistics, Compliance, Procurement, Order entry team, Intercompany factories, IT and other stakeholders.

• Communicates effectively: Developing and delivering muti mode communications that conveys a clear understanding

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Electronics, or other related fields

• 1-10 years service experience in technical/industrial environment.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Korean

• Traveling is part of the job requirements

• Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations, and working under pressure

• Working Location office : Yeosu

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Preference will be given to those with electrical, electronic, or communications-related qualifications
