We are looking for a new colleague will be supplying the accurate documentation for Emerson products, meeting customer’s and sales departments’ requirements in a timely manner.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Understand the documentation requirements and collect the documentation from factories and other sources and also expedite processes if vital.
• Create and supply the required electronic and/or hard documentation to internal/external customers at agreed dates.
• Review possible customer comments and ensure modifications and corrections are made to meet desired results.
• Convert and provide the documentation in the adequate form requested by the customer.
• Maintain and develop effective communication with the European sales offices, customers, factories.
• Responsible to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
• Work systematically and professionally in a well-documented manner.

Who You Are:

Dedicated employee to provide liaison between sales offices-factory-customers, work together with country sales organization to reach high level of customer service.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Proficient knowledge of English is required!
• University or college degree
• Digital literacy are necessary like: Word, Excel, Outlook
• We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
• You gain insight into customer need.
• You research initiatives and try new approaches

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Additional knowledge of any European language (Spanish, Italian, German or French)
