In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Act as a project leader for localization projects, work with multi function team to launch Emerson products in China factory following standard project gate review process and requirement
• Responsible for manufacturing process selection, layout design, lead production team to complete product pilot run and improve first pass yield
• Responsible for new equipment introduction, production line set up, Develop and implement automation and IIOT solutions to continuously improve efficiency
• Develop process documentation, provide training to operators and line leaders on new processes, materials, and equipment
• Continually contribute to quality and efficiency improvements with lean and six sigma tools, drive cost down and operation excellent

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Self-motivated, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Open mined, friendly, having a phenomenal sense of responsibility
• Familiar with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, etc.
• PMP Certificates is a plus

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Good communication skills of oral and written English.
