In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Assisting Engineering Manager to manage Engineering team.

• Take the engineering leader role of NPD project.

• With strong knowledge of pneumatic application, preferable able to design system or part of system in machine automation, plus instrumentation experience.

• Leading and coordinating new product development project, including technical document preparation, BOM setting up working instruction preparation, project management. etc.

• Provide product engineering expertise to support quality analysis, supplier development and manufacturing activities.

• R&D for state-of-the-art technology, process, material, equipment and testing devices.

• Other assignments by the company.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor or higher degree.

• 5+ years’ experience.

• Good at English, both write and spoken, fast leaning and have common sense.

• Cross function communication ability.

• Strong idea generation and problem-solving ability.

• Result orientation mindset, priority and resource management ability.
