Is This You?

BA/BS required; MBA preferred.

7+ years relevant work experience in marketing; at least 2 years of QSR experience is a must.

Track-record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns targeting the youth in China.

Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Results-driven with bias for action and commitment to excellence; act with a sense of urgency.

Credible leader with ability to influence outcomes on key initiatives.

Taco Bell is looking for a Marketing Operation Manager China. You will be responsible for executing the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are brought to life with excellence. The main scope includes calendar management, campaign execution, creative campaign development and deployment, local store marketing program and marketing budget management.
Reporting to the North Asia Marketing Lead, this is an individual contributor role who will work closely with Taco Bell APAC CMO and Marketing and Food Innovation teams, Taco Bell & YUM China internal functions (commercial planning, restaurant operations, food innovation team, development), and creative and media agencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calendar Execution:

Implement Taco Bell advertising and marketing strategies, aligning them with overall business goals and market trends.

Act as the day-to-day interface with YUMC ensuring marketing calendar execution, supported by regular cadenced and documented engagement plans.

Coordinate campaign launches to deliver them on time and in full, ensuring a consistency experience across different stores.
-
Support the digital activation of the marketing calendar, coordinating digital touch points for campaign execution, and analysing results to inform future improvements.
Local Store Marketing and New Store Opening:
-
Develop Local Marketing strategy and campaigns tailored to the specific communities where Taco Bell stores are located.

Develop New Store Opening Plan, including media in the vicinity, PR event and special promotions and campaigns to grow brand and sales.

Track and analyse the results of marketing campaigns to measure success and inform future strategies.

Develop and execute all customer facing communications in restaurant.
Creative and Media Development:

Work with advertising and media agencies to deploy marketing campaigns, primarily focused on social, earned media and digital.

Support the development of national marketing campaign creative and brand activations ensuring cut through and consistency.

Project manage the roll out of national marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels ensuring production cost efficiencies.

Monitor brand and media performance.

Day to day liaison with marketing agencies.
Fund Management:
- Oversee the allocation and use of advertising funds, ensuring efficient and effective deployment.
Franchisee Management:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with franchisees, providing regular updates and reports on advertising activities and performance.

Influence and align franchisees on marketing priorities, ensuring consistent execution of national campaigns, brand standards, and local activation plans across all stores.
