In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver full‑cycle recruitment for roles across Malaysia.
- Provide insights on Malaysia’s talent landscape, including market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent availability.
- Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies that elevate employer branding and enhance candidate outreach.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong pipelines of both passive and active candidates for critical talent segments.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and strengthens our brand.
- Support and lead TA projects aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategy and outcomes.
Who You Are: You identify the right talent to meet the group’s needs. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders. You encourage the open expression of diverse ideas and opinions
For This Role, You Will Need:- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, gained in an agency, RPO, or in‑house setting.
- Experience or exposure to sourcing talent across APAC markets, ideally including Malaysia, China, and ASEAN.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and modern search techniques.
- Ability to manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share insights to guide recruitment decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer‑focused mindset.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers or senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines for niche or hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Familiarity with talent sourcing tools specific to APAC markets
- Passion for process improvement and contributing to TA transformation initiatives.
