In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responsible for leading the manufacturing and materials groups in order to meet the goals regarding customer service, cost, quality and on time delivery.
• Assign the right person to the right position to improve quality and improve productivity of those areas under his responsibility.
• Ensure adherence to the company policies and procedures in each activity and by all employees.
• Supervise the right purchasing orders placement which should specify the acquiring, delivery, and payment conditions as well as the parts specifications.
• Ensure the correct admiration in raw material, WIP and finished goods to maximize inventory turn
• Develop polices and procedures that meet the corporate ones
• Development and feedback to the Direct Labor team, support and administrative personnel by establishing means and systems that promote a self-directive leadership with respect and trust to promote a good work environment and a high-performance team
• Capital, expenses and personnel development and administration
• Encourage the continuous improvement methodology utilization in products and processes through systems thinking
• Ensure the product quality standards through the Control Plan, PFMEA, work instructions and processes monitoring
• Lead the productivity improvement through lean manufacturing methodologies
• Keep communication and information exchange with the corporate/headquarters

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.

• 8 or more years related experience

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, strong technical/conversational English (90%)

• Experience in production and a good understanding of object-oriented design and analysis

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Master's degree
• Capital Projects such as: CAPEX.
• Knowledge with Lean Manufacturing Methodologies, SPC, PFMEA/ Control plan, ISO 9001
