You will be responsible for the preparation of tax compliance deliverables, including but not limited to Annual Tax Returns and compliance activities, Monthly Sales and Use Tax Filings and Returns Payment (Indirect Taxes), and Monthly Foreign Withholding Taxes compilations.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Conduct a comprehensive review of US Corporation Income Tax Returns to safeguard accuracy, consistency and alignment with the Federal Workpapers, ensuring timely and accurate filings

• Analyze and file Sales and Use tax due per State and ensure that balances from GL and SAP/Oracle reports are reconciled.

• Reconcile consolidated Foreign Withholding Tax to tie out to HFM books and to tag entries with data in Share Point.

• Build various deliverable reports to analyze tax and financial data for decision making using Excel, Smart View, VBA, and Power BI to combine tax and accounting data from tax and financial reporting software (Hyperion and OTP).

• Apply appropriate internal controls in compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures (CP&P) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Assist with special projects assigned or requested by the POC or tax department that will reduce manual processes and increase automation of reports and processes.

• Perform other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other 4-year Finance courses; preferably a Certified Public Accountant.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and US or local tax transactions.

• Advanced proficiency in Office365 applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart

• Working knowledge of Oracle FCC, One Source, or other tax software or comparable systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps is a plus.
