In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:- Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, customer training, and customer application support.
- Responsible for generating revenue throughout the product lifecycle.
- Responsible for following up on customer acceptance of new equipment.
- Responsible for summarizing customer service cases in the after-sales service system and creating customer equipment service history records.
- Provide technical after-sales service, offering technical analysis and solutions for customer equipment failures.
- Responsible for reporting product issues to the company's internal technical department and assisting in product manufacturing process and design improvements.
Who You Are:- Good Possessing innovation and teamwork
For This Role, You Will Need:- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechatronics or Electrical Automation
- Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Proficient in office software operation
- Three years or more of relevant technical experience in electromechanical equipment
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, electronic circuit diagrams, pneumatic circuit diagrams, and mechanical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional image
- Willing to work long hours at customer sites and travel frequently
- Strong continuous learning ability
- Customer-centric and proactive
- Customer management skills
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Experience in the ultrasonic, laser, or automotive industries
