Senior Project Manager – Digital Core Services

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead digital projects for our ni.com and related platforms within the Digital Core Services group, partnering closely with the Test & Measurement business and Digital Marketing teams. In this role, you will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear scope, effective planning, and timely delivery of outcomes that support business and marketing objectives.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of digital projects across ni.com, content, and marketing-related applications.
• Partner with Digital Marketing and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear project charters, plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT Applications, business, and external partners) to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and resolve issues.
• Oversee project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Several years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally in a digital or enterprise applications environment.
• Strong planning, organization, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience working in a global, matrixed organization.

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and ways of working, with the ability to effectively collaborate with marketing teams.
