This is a job posting for Network Management Engineering within Solution Area Network Management, where we develop and maintain competitive offerings that support our Networks. Network Management Engineering is responsible for products for Network Management, Resource Orchestration and Automation domains.

enable automated, scalable, sustainable and efficient rollouts & operations for our customers.

We have an exciting opening and would like you to join our team!

We are now looking for a Project Manager for Network Management Engineering Unit to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time, and cost balance for product development.

What you will do:

  • Taking responsibility and actively drive development, release and later support activities toward the Customers.
  • Work together with the Product Owners in order to secure all delivery activities to be shipped in time
  • Networking and collaboration with Customers and Strategic Product Management to understand customer expectations.
  • Knowledge sharing and learning.
  • Execute Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes
  • Stand up for product quality and integrity by setting the Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria for Multi-functional Team work
  • Focus heavily on delivering value for the customer on time with quality
  • Participate in the release/integration activities, constantly sharing/radiating the evolving estimations of the feature development
  • Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
  • Develop competence in the technical domain

The skills you bring:

  • BSC or MSC diploma
  • Min 3 year of experience
  • Telecommunications cloud domain experience
  • Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
  • Technical knowledge and ability to identify customer value and customer risk and understand product quality and measurements
  • Confident English written and spoken
  • Ability to work with sophisticated systems
  • Ability to work in a team
