In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Collect, clean, integrate, and maintain customer data from various sources (web, email, social, search) in the marketing database.

Integrate customer data, identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvement.

Create and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards in Power BI for stakeholders, visualizing data for clarity.

Assist in tracking campaign metrics, tagging digital assets (Google Tag Manager), and analyzing A/B tests to improve results.

Conduct competitor analysis and research market trends to inform strategy, establish benchmarks, and keep up with marketing trends and best practices.

Work closely with Marketing, DCX, Commercial Excellence, and Digital Intelligence teams to support Emerson’s Enterprise, Business Unit, and World Area marketing activities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with strong analytics background.

1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Report Automation, and Data Analytics.

Strong data storytelling and data visualization skills.

Strong quantitative skills and analytical abilities.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.

Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Knowledge of digital marketing in a B2B environment is a plus.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, and similar digital analytics tools is a plus.
