In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Receiving

1. To receive and unload incoming material shipment from local vendors and forwarders.

2. Reviews shipment for obvious damage upon receipt, inform Receiving Leader for further action.

3. Uncrates material and separates it by item number, verifies material received is correct and according to PO

4. Attached the Receipt Travelers (GRN) correctly to the physical item

5. If detect discrepancies, hold the materials and inform Receiving Leader on material overages/shortages.

6. Moves incoming inventory item to designated location and update it in Oracle system accurately.

7. Receives all other non-inventory items including large equipment requiring forklift skills or special handling.

8. Assists in inventory variance at locator

9. Maintains daily equipment inspection records and performs general maintenance as required.

Picking

1. Record the Discrete Job in the system correctly.

2. Picks and engraves the correct nameplates data by referring to the nameplate’s information in discrete job.

3. Read and understand the discrete job’s requirements and paint specification before start picking.

4. Pick and pack the required components according to the operation sequence in Discrete Job Pick List Report by following the store location sequence.

5. Verify the part no and picked the required quantity from the specific locator, record down the picked quantity on the pick list.

6. Hold the discrete job and inform Leader if detected material shortages during picking.

7. Record the “heat number” of the picked valve body and bonnet on the discrete job

8. Backflush the picked components accurately and move the discrete job in Oracle system to the next process sequence.

9. Delivers all materials to appropriate VS.

Stock Control

1. Assist daily oracle count activity

2. Involve in controlling stock (Internal cycle count/parts repackaging)

3. Support to locate variance item at store locator

iv. Involve in store inventory activity

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Processes a minimum of SPM qualification.

• Minimum 1 year working experience.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instruction.

• Able to handle material handling equipment such as Reach Truck and Forklift

• Quality Consciousness.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Provides support to Leader/Asst. Supervisor/ and other store members in daily activities & report.

• Handling material movement/documents within store and others special project.

• Housekeeping and 5S activities in store area.

• Safely operates and maintains all material handling equipment.

• Other duties as assigned.
