In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Define and ensure execution of the master production plan

• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs): OEE, productivity, scrap, labor efficiency

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements

• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies

• Optimize utilization of labor, equipment, and materials

• Coordinate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain

• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues

• Promote a strong culture of safety, operational discipline, and manufacturing excellence.

• Strategic thinker, capable of analyzing problems and performing root cause analysis to ensure proper follow-up.

• Support and responsibility for the Quality Management System within the operation.

• Experience working under ISO 9001:2015 standards.

• Ability to effectively coordinate personnel and develop high-performing teams, with strong delegation and resource management skills.

• Conflict resolution and decision-making skills.

• Adaptability to change.

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise multiple production lines or machines.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Education**:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

• 5 years of experience in similar positions, metalworking and mechanical processes, and the startup and transfer of assembly lines and/or CNC equipment.

• Intermediate–Advanced English
