Job Summary

We are looing for Quality Engineer who will be focusing on the quality and certification planning in Qingpu Plant. The role will coordinate with team members,partners,engineering project teams to engage.If you possess the requirements we are seeking for, this exciting role is for you!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Collect and implement quality inspection and supervision regulations at all levels, and track and supervise the implementation

  • Organize, establish and implement the quality system and ensure the effective operation of the system. Responsible for the preparation, approval, issuance and modification of system documents and the continuous improvement of quality management

  • Planning for Marine certificate process and coordinate. To make sure the cert available and achievable.

  • Responsible for all kinds of certification, audit and evidence collection, maintenance, update and extension of certificates, and realization of internal requirements for product market compliance.

  • Set up product certification process and task list. Potential backup coach and training. To make sure cert achieve smoothly.

  • Conducted internal quality audit, formulated rectification measures for the 2nd and 3rd party audit and the problems raised, and organized follow-up and supervision of the implementation.

  • Management Review support, and Quality management continue improvement from digital and automated.

  • Actively complete other work tasks arranged by the leader and the meeting

Who You Are:

You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.You create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. You seek ways to improve processes, from small tweaks to complete reengineering.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor or above. Major in mechanical related specialty. At least three quality management leadership experience in multinational company.

  • Good command of English on oral, reading and writing.

  • Meticulous and diligent. Good communication.

  • Have experience on industrial valves, like ball valve, control valves.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :

  • Proficient with oral English will be added advantage.

  • Experience with PRV is preferred.

  • Presentation skill is preferred.
