Drive seller performance by supporting GMV per seller, acquisition targets, and category strategies aligned with e Bay Live priorities.
-
Build and manage a healthy business development pipeline through accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
-

-
Use market research, competitive analysis, and industry insights to identify emerging opportunities and category trends.
-
Collaborate with internal and external partners to support revenue targets, investment decisions, and overall marketplace value.
-
Coach and develop Business Development Associates and Sales Coordinators by using performance insights to support growth, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
What you will bring:
-
Experience in Business Development and/or an Account Executive role, with a demonstrated results-oriented approach.
-
Ability to work toward performance goals that extend beyond GMV-based metrics.
-
Experience collaborating with external partners and cross-functional internal teams.
-
Strong relationship-building, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
