Parts & Accessories (P&A) is one of the most strategic and highest-scale categories within e Bay and is a critical driver of long-term growth.

The Sr. Director & General Manager, EU P&A leads the entire European P&A business. They report to the VP & GM, Global P&A. This role manages the category P&L and sets the strategy to grow e Bay’s market presence and drive lasting, profitable expansion in a competitive market.

This is a strategic and operational role, combining multi-year category direction with strong quarterly execution across a complex, cross-functional ecosystem.

What you will accomplish...

Business

• Own EU P&A performance, including GMV, revenue, and market share
• Define and complete the multi-year strategy to extend category leadership
• Identify and scale new growth vectors across structured data, pricing competitiveness, supply expansion, fulfillment, and trust
• Partner closely with Product & Technology to deliver a differentiated end-to-end P&A experience
• Drive disciplined operating rhythms, forecasting accuracy, and investment prioritization

Customer

• Deliver the most comprehensive and trusted P&A marketplace in Europe
• Strengthen buyer experience across discovery, fitment accuracy, pricing, and fulfillment reliability
• Lead seller strategy across enterprise sellers, distributors, manufacturers, and SMBs
• Build executive relationships with top sellers and strategic industry partners

Team

• Lead a senior cross-functional organization across category management, strategy, and operations
• Serve as a senior leader within e Bay Motors and the broader EU organization
• Align category priorities with enterprise strategy and prioritisation
• Operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Operations

What you will bring ..

• Proven senior leader with significant P&L ownership at scale
• Deep understanding of two-sided marketplaces and commercial growth levers
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in complex organizations
• Strong commercial instincts, analytical rigor, and execution in this field
• Experience in automotive aftermarket and/or digital commerce strongly preferred
• Proven leadership experience at senior director level including 5+ years in a GM or Category Leadership role with P&L accountability
• Experience in e Commerce, marketplace platforms, automotive, retail, or adjacent industries
• Track record of delivering sustained growth in competitive markets
• Strong people leader with a reputation for building high-performing teams
