What you will accomplish:

  • Build and optimise the assortment plan, balancing pricing, promotions, and selection to improve discoverability, increase GMV, and enhance buyer satisfaction in a competitive market

  • Develop and implement seller success plans to grow strategic accounts, strengthen long-term partnerships, and recruit new sellers to expand inventory

  • Partner with Product and the Global Business Unit to design and launch features that improve the buyer and seller experience, contributing to business requirements, ideation, and research validation

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Site Merchandising, PR, and Social teams to deliver integrated onsite and offsite campaigns that increase consideration, traffic, and conversion

  • Represent the Collectables category internally and externally, sharing insights and building engagement across communities

What you will bring:

  • Experience in, or a strong demonstrated passion for, the Collectibles market

  • Ability to analyse data, extract key insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build clear and compelling presentations

  • Strategic thinking skills with a proactive, results-focused approach

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced online or e-commerce environment

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals

  • Adaptability and agility when responding to changing priorities

This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
