- This newly created role, based in Toronto, reports to the General Manager
- International Markets Expansion. The position will focus on the expansion Initiative and play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic priorities. As a key business partner, you will help design and implement initiatives that drive customer-centric transformation, improve business performance, and increase enterprise value.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partner to Leadership: Work closely with leadership as a trusted advisor, supporting long-term goal setting, annual operating plans, and ongoing business operations.

Driving Strategic Initiatives: Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects by crafting structured project plans, timelines, and clear accountabilities to tackle sophisticated business challenges.

Operational Excellence: Be responsible for day-to-day business operations, establish measurement frameworks, and supervise progress against targets in collaboration with Finance and Analytics through regular reporting .

Executive-Ready Results: Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare high-quality outputs for senior partners, including ELT and Board-level presentations.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a driven, strategic problem solver with strong business sense and operational competence. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can influence and collaborate across teams and levels.
You will bring:

Demonstrated experience leading projects from concept to execution within large, complex organizations (strategy background preferred).

Strong analytical skills with proven track record in managing metrics that drive measurable business performance.

Track record of delivering outcomes and navigating ambiguity.

Excellent communication skills — both written and visual — with the ability to craft compelling narratives and gain trust at all levels.

Expertise in project/program management, with success leading multiple complex initiatives on time and within budget.

Advanced Excel (modeling, pivot tables, statistical functions) and PowerPoint capabilities combined with basic AI uses

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mentality.

Comfort with data, analytics, and modeling; willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done.

Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and geographies, with a highly inclusive mentality.

Experience in ecommerce/marketplaces is a plus.
