We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 425 N. Western Ave. location in Peoria, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Manage and supervise staff during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records

Oversee store operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized environment

Interact with customers, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction

Answer phones and process orders efficiently
-
Assist in training and developing team members
-
Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
-
Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and improve performance
-
Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting
-
Assist with lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds when necessary
-
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or food service environment

Strong math and problem-solving skills for effective money management and decision-making
-
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
-
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency in multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management

Familiarity with the Peoria area and local customer preferences is a plus

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
