As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our team members.

• Oversee and manage daily store operations during assigned shifts
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment
• Interact professionally with customers and employees, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
• Answer phone calls and take customer orders efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory management and stock control

• Resolve customer complaints and address employee concerns promptly
• Participate in employee training and development initiatives

• Proven experience in retail or food service management, preferably in an assistant manager role
