What you will do

The Sprinkler Service Supervisor is a key role reporting directly to the Operations Manager, Aftermarket. The key role of a Team leader shall be:

  • Day to day management of the Service and Maintenance in line with Company Best Practices.
  • Handle large size operation and maintenance contracts to carry out service, maintenance and retrofit projects on Fire & Gas systems.
  • Conduct planning, scheduling, directing, monitoring, controlling for uniform operation and service execution.
  • Resource allocation, development, planning and optimization with target productivity.
  • Manage operations and maintenance operating costs via effective planning and monitoring
  • Manage & ensure KPIs are met & continuous monitoring of Service Level Agreement compliance
  • Manage a team of Operators and Technicians
  • Monitor Team’s performance & engage employees by arranging technical trainings to ensure team development.
  • Manage the billing agent’s operation, billing & collection, connection/disconnections, move in/move outs, registrations and customer service
  • Alignment and implementation of Service Management, Quality Management and Health & Safety & Environmental Standards.
  • Ensure customer complaints are managed to the best interest of the company and to the satisfaction of customer
  • Identifying service delivery improvements
  • Functional co-ordination with Sales, Admin & procurement departments
  • As a member of this team, you will work within a dynamic environment that provides a platform for you to develop your technical and operation management skills.

How you will do it

As a Sprinkler Service Supervisor, you will be the contact point for all team members and you will use your strong technical knowledge and management skills to operate, maintain, manage teams, carry out full dilapidation reports, recommending system enhancements, upgrades and replacements as necessary. You’ll carry out and report on site surveys, root cause analysis, service operations progress and coordination.

You will understand the customer requirements and concerns by meeting them on regular basis and provide them required technical services & ensure 100% customer satisfaction. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.

What we look for Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Mechanical / Electrical engineering or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 Years’ Experience with Operations & Maintenance of Sprinkler systems
  • Excellent customer service & relationship skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding SLA’s & KPI’s.
  • Customer oriented and identify business development opportunities.
  • Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure all duties are performed in a safe and professional manner

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,200-117,200 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
