We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Warrensburg, MO. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our key departments: Shipping, Receiving, or Order Selection.

Available Schedule and Shifts:

2nd Shift:

Monday-Friday 3 PM-11: 30 PM $18.50 Base Pay W/$1 Shift differential = $19.50 an hr.

3rd Shift:

Sunday-Thursday 11 PM-7: 30 AM $18.50 Base Pay W/$1.50 Shift differential = $20.00 and hr.

Positions we are hiring for:

Receiving Department:

• Unload trailers and move product to designated areas.
• Meet production goals.

Shipping Department:

• Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers.
• Meet production goals.

What You Bring:

• No certifications required – just a strong work ethic.
• Safety Mindset – 100% Commitment.
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes per hour.
• Previous warehouse experience, preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8–12 hours per shift.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Dependability and team spirit.
