What you'll do We're seeking a Global Partner Marketing Leader to accelerate the growth of our partner ecosystem, focusing on global Resell initiatives and expanding our reach through Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and System Integrators (SIs).

In this role, you’ll create, complete, and refine marketing strategies for Docusign and Partners to drive reach, revenue, and brand impact.

You’ll work cross-functionally with alliances, sales, product marketing, and regional marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions, generate demand, and strengthen partner alignment.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role requiring a deep understanding of partner ecosystems, a strategic approach to program management, and a data-driven mentality to scale our reach and increase value.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President, Product Marketing.

Responsibility Lead strategy and execution for revenue-generating programs with global resellers, identifying pipeline growth opportunities Design and implement co-marketing initiatives, handle budgets, and build programs that support resell partners in generating demand and closing sales Develop and lead marketing strategy for top-tier ISV partners (e.g., Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP) and system integrators, focusing on sustainable growth Implement co-marketing initiatives, such as demand generation, thought leadership content, case studies, and joint events to enhance partner collaboration and visibility Build a comprehensive growth plan for GSI partners like Deloitte and EY, aligning with Docusign’s global business priorities Align closely with Alliances, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to meet partner revenue targets and ensure seamless go-to-market execution Advocate for partner needs internally, securing resources and support Manage budget effectively, monitor key metrics, and adjust strategies based on performance to optimize return on investment and pipeline impact Organize events, both virtual and in-person, that foster partner engagement, boost visibility, and reinforce strategic alignment Build and lead a high-performing team of marketers Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centricity Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.

Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.

What you bring Basic 15+ years in marketing, partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a strong emphasis on resell and ISV partnerships

Experience: driving marketing motions with resell partners and ISVs Preferred

Experience: with strategic alliances Strong analytical skills to assess and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing both long-term partner goals and immediate marketing needs Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $202,800.00 - $327,625.00 base salary Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $193,100.00 - $272,750.00 base salary Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $193,100.00 - $286,500.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.

Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.

Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
