Customer Engagement (CE) is part of the Marketing Center of Excellence within Disney Experiences (DX). We connect consumers to the place where dreams come true through the development of holistic, audience-focused, data-driven advertising and communication plans across offline media (e.g., TV, radio, out-of-home, etc), digital media (e.g., streaming video, display, paid and organic search, paid and organic social media) and direct relationship channels (e.g., email, SMS, mobile app). The Customer Engagement (CE) team is responsible for media planning, buying, activation across paid and owned media channels.

We are seeking an inspiring and collaborative leader to serve as Senior Manager, Integrated Program Management to support the Customer Engagement organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Customer Engagement (CE), the Senior Manager will lead cross functional initiatives that are critical to CE’s Media and Direct Channel Planning & Activation strategies. The optimal candidate will have exceptional executive communication skills, media planning and buying experience, as well as a proven track record driving stakeholder consensus and scaling operational efficiencies through efficient and automated processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Project/Program Manager for prioritized CE initiatives.
  • Provide governance oversite for CE’s Go-To-Market processes, inclusive of driving consensus across CE teams, evolving processes to scale organizational efficiencies, defining requirements for platforms used within the process and training cast on the process and platforms.
  • Foster relationships with external and internal partners, building influence amongst stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive cross-Disney Experiences and cross-The Walt Disney Company CE initiatives. Drive cross-Customer Engagement (CE) projects including:CE priorities roadmap
  • Cross-CE presentation development, etc. Town Halls, onboarding presentations for new CE leaders.
  • Work directly with CE and partner area VP's and Directors to lead cross-CE initiatives on strategic planning, Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/Long Term Plan (LTP) development, budget/headcount management, and executive communication.
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership to the CE Budget team, ensuring processes and deliverables meet DX Financial timelines and requirements.
  • Create and present succinct communications that frame insights and recommendations for senior leadership; Work on responses to Chairman and Executive Committee member questions.
  • Lead internal communication strategy, including written messaging vehicles, executive engagement and events that inform, unite and inspire the CE organization, in partnership with other groups across Disney Experiences

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, media/advertising planning & buying, CRM, strategic planning, media agency, consulting or similar field
  • In-depth understanding of business, consumer, and media marketplace dynamics
  • Experience in developing strong partnerships and leading cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple data sources into clear, actionable insights and stories
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive media/advertising planning and buying experience (in-house or from a media agency).

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

MBA or Master’s degree in related field
