  • Visual Design: Assist with basic graphic design needs such as flyers, posters, one-pagers, and digital assets, ensuring they align with our visual identity
  • Presentation Design: Assist with editing presentation decks that translate complex information into clear, professional visuals
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner effectively with stakeholders to assess the needs of the business and turn that into clear, actionable messaging for our frontline technicians
  • On Camera Talent (Bonus): Serve as an on-camera host or provide voiceover work for video projects if comfortable and interested

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, related field, or commensurate experience
  • 1-3 years of professional experience

  • Clear Communicator: Well-spoken with a desire to engage with video production, whether behind the scenes or in front of the camera
  • Technical Proficiency Needs: Google Workspace: Experience with Docs, Sheets, and Slides for daily collaboration and word processing
  • Adobe Creative Cloud: Not required, but familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator is a significant plus
