Job Duties and Responsibilities What You’ll Do:
You’ll visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
- Install and service DISH, Starlink and smart home solutions in customers’ homes
- Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
- Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

Skills, Experience and Requirements
What You’ll Need:
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean record required
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Physical Ability:
- Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
- Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience
- Problem-Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
- Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
- Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease

Considering Dish Network for Elderly Family
My grandparents are in their 90s and the local cable company is *finally* kicking them off of basic cable, only offering the option of live tv via their app that appears to be a rebranded Fubo package of some sort.
