Operation Support Administrator
- Provided technical support to local and roaming users
- Deployed, maintained, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, PDA and others.
- Assisted to install, maintain and troubleshoot Windows servers
- Provided support in system testing to ensure hardware and software run smoothly
- Diagnosed issues, identified causes, and resolved, or liaised with relevant vendors on repair and maintenance of computers, servers and related equipment
- Monitored system and server operations, service log and handle system support requests
- Monitored file usages and storage status in server and coordinated with users to free up space
- Maintained good condition of server room and computer facilities
- Software: Windows, Windows Server, O365(MS teams, Share Points and onedrive etc).
Infrastructure management
- Implement and maintain servers including network(WIFI, WAN.)
- Hardware lifecycle management (servers, network, computers, etc.).
- Client computers/devices management and troubleshooting.
Vendor management
- Service management.
Technical skills
- Effective communication skills a must
- Ability to work productively in a matrix environment
- Strong team player with the ability to work in project and production support models with a diverse group of individuals across multiple departments and the locations
- Strong documentation skills for project and production support life cycle projects and tasks
- Strong problem identification and solving skill set
- Partnering with the business and Operations in identifying and prioritizing competing requests in order to provide the maximum value to the business
- Other tasks assigned by your superior
We Are Looking For:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline preferred
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Good command of written and spoken English, and Native Level Korean
- Proactive to users: communicate with users to find out their needs and to get feedback for newly implemented or existing system
- Innovative on technology and proactive on user communication/project management.
- Keep studying and updating latest technologies; application, hardware (server, network devices, etc.) and business, etc.
- Mandatory to possess Driver's license
- Available for warehouse visits
