OVERVIEW:

The Sr Program Manager – TIMO Synergy Delivery is a strategic program leader responsible for shaping, orchestrating, and executing the enterprise’s technology synergy roadmap. This role drives the identification, sizing, prioritization, and delivery of cost synergies across both organizations, ensuring value capture through strong alignment with Procurement, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and domain technology leaders. The Sr Program Manager oversees synergy discovery, contract optimization, supplier consolidation strategies, platform rationalization efforts, Fin Ops execution, and the development of a multi‑year value delivery plan that supports the broader technology transformation agenda.

As a program leader within the Technology Integration Management Office (TIMO), this role establishes measurable objectives, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms that ensure transparency, accountability, and informed decision‑making across complex cross‑functional initiatives. The Sr Program Manager is responsible for leading vendor strategy and negotiations, coordinating labor optimization, and establishing the financial, operational, and risk‑management foundations required to achieve lasting cost efficiency and performance improvement. This includes partnering with executive‑level stakeholders to balance short‑term value opportunities with long‑term architectural, operational, and organizational considerations.

Success in this position requires relationship‑building, strategic judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence leaders across functions without direct authority. The Sr Program Manager mentors project teams, fosters a culture of value realization and disciplined execution, and champions continuous improvement across technology spend, processes, and operating models. This role plays a critical part in ensuring technology investments are leveraged effectively, synergy commitments are achieved, and the enterprise is positioned for sustainable cost optimization and operating model maturity.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Technology Synergy Pipeline Management

Lead the end‑to‑end development and ongoing refinement of the enterprise’s technology synergy pipeline. Identify, size, and prioritize synergy opportunities across contracts, platforms, labor, and operating models, incorporating inputs from Procurement, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and domain leaders. Maintain a value‑based roadmap that clarifies timing, dependencies, risks, and benefits, ensuring alignment with the broader technology transformation agenda and business objectives.

Technology Vendor and Contract Execution

Partner with Procurement to define and execute the vendor and contract strategy for technology synergies, including long‑tail contract negotiations, renewal planning, and supplier consolidation. Drive sourcing strategy for high‑value categories such as cloud platforms, infrastructure, software licensing, professional services, and staff augmentation. Facilitate enterprise‑level negotiation prep, ensure data‑driven decision support, and collaborate with initiative owners to accelerate value capture.

Delivery Squad Governance & Reporting

Stand up and lead synergy governance, including the definition of metrics that matter, cadence design, reporting dashboards, and executive‑level communication. Monitor risks, interdependencies, and value realization progress, escalating issues and facilitating timely resolution. Ensure data quality, documentation rigor, audit readiness, and financial alignment for all synergy initiatives.

Fin Ops Execution

Lead Fin Ops‑aligned cost‑management activities across cloud, infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and application portfolios. Define and coordinate a 12–18‑month execution plan including quick‑win value opportunities, foundational capabilities, wave‑based cost initiatives, and advanced optimization techniques. Partner with technical teams to execute platform consolidation opportunities, including cybersecurity platform rationalization, reuse of shared capabilities, and retirement of duplicative technologies.

Labor Optimization Strategy, Design, and Plan

Partner with HR, Finance, and Technology leadership to define and implement the labor optimization strategy across both organizations. Establish the new optimizations future role, decision rights, governance model, and multi‑year scaling plan. Support talent strategy, operating rhythms, cultural integration, and capability maturity planning, ensuring seamless coordination between the organizations.

Leadership & People Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing delivery team through coaching, training, and goal setting. Promote career growth and knowledge sharing across the team. Ensure resource utilization is optimized and aligned with evolving business priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, MIS, CS, or equivalent

  • 7 - 10 years experience in Technology program management, vendor negotiation, Fin Ops, platform consolidation, or large scale transformation (financial focus) preferred.

Targeted Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $158,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
