Key responsibilities:

Deliver key financial targets such as NSV, OP, OCC, and market share

Responsible for leading business performance of the distributors
-
Effectively leading, planning, directing, motivating, training, and measuring the business delivery of distributor organizations
-
Anticipate constantly evolving business trends to improve performance and mitigate risks
-
Lead the negotiation of commercial arrangement with the distributors, this includes rolling forecast sales, credit management, and trade spend management
What we are looking for:
-
10-15+ years of customer sales experience, ideally in a FMCG environment and an ability to build relationships with customers, supported by proven negotiations skills capability
-
Experienced in engaging cross functionally with senior leaders with a previous responsibility for the deployment and management of meaningful financial budgets
-
Highly numerical with experience in development of profitable customer propositions and a comprehensive understanding and previous delivery of key commercial measures
-
Ability to structure and present compelling commercial propositions with your excellent verbal communication and organisational skills
