Job Title: Senior Executive -Blending

Role Responsibilities:

Analysis of DM water & Raw material.

Brief Knowledge Sensory Evaluation & Off note Identification of ENA & Blend

• Adherence to revised Blend formulations & approval• Implement methods recommended for liquidation of old & non-moving stocks

• Adherence to Line Start-up requirements as per SOP

• Co-ordinate with SAP & approve new material codes creation, extension of material to new units, Blend BOM creation & approvals, Blend & SKU codes creation, verification and approvals of Blend BOM's in new units.

• Approve revised blend BOM's for use & liquidation of old & non moving stocks.

• Monthly Stock-taking of ENA, Special Spirits through SAP-reduce manual compilation.

• Adherence to timelines (SAP approvals)

Monitoring ENA, Blend & HBS wastages on monthly basis to achieve YTD target.

Adhere to SOPs & maintain Compliance with established standards on daily basis.

Basic Knowledge of FSSAI & FSSC requirements:

Experience / skills required:

2-5 Yrs

Hands-on exposure to blending processes
Understanding of food safety and quality assurance standards

Qualification:

M.Tech / M.Sc / BSc (Chemistry), Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Alcohol Technology, or Chemistry
