Human Resource Business Partner:

  • Contractual Role

Purpose of role

As HR Business Partner, the role holder will be the primary HR point of contact for a business unit in DBSI. This role requires a proactive and strategic HR professional who can partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. The role holder will be responsible for driving the HR agenda including talent management, performance development, employee engagement, workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, growth, and organizational development.

  • Workforce Planning & Talent Management: Lead workforce planning efforts, succession planning, and the implementation of talent development programs to ensure the right talent in key roles.

  • Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and align policies with industry best practices.

  • Capability building: Partners with leaders and COE to lead relevant learning and capability programs

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Background in working with global teams or in a matrixed organization.

  • 7+ Years of work experience in Strategic HRBP Role with Global Organization
