Role Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Spearhead the design of intuitive and engaging SAP Fiori applications that align with Diageo's business objectives.

• User-Centric Approach: Conduct discovery workshops to map current UX solutions to future state technologies, ensuring a seamless user experience

• Collaboration: Work closely with Value Stream Solution Architects and Data Solution Architects to integrate design solutions within operational, planning, and analytical applications.

• Prototyping & Testing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective design strategies.

• Design Standards & Guidelines: Establish design standards that promote consistency across all digital platforms.

Experience / skills required:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.

• Extensive experience in UI/UX design with a focus on SAP Fiori applications.

Skills Required:

• Experience of 8 to 12 years in SAP And FIori - role mapping/UI/UX/data masking

• Proficiency in design tools for UX

• Strong understanding of UX principles and SAP Fiori guidelines.

• Experience with prototyping tools like Axure RP or In Vision.

• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams
