About the role:
The Digital Media and Influencers Manager exist to define and lead an omnichannel media strategy that delivers impactful brand growth in a rapidly evolving communications landscape. The Manager is responsible for translating business and brand priorities into integrated, high-quality digital and influenecers plans, ensuring excellence in execution and performance. By driving efficient investment, rigorous measurement, and strong partners collaboration, the role enables sustainable growth while activating brands through culturally relevant moments that build talkability and meaningful consumer connections.

  • Key Outputs/Deliverables- Lead the development and execution of integrated omnichannel media strategy aligned to brand objectives, ensuring strong digital-first plans, effective influencer integration, and clear, trackable KPIs in collaboration with brand teams and agencies.
  • Define and deliver a coherent brand influencer & partnerships strategy aligned to campaign objectives and opportunities for amplification around the brand activity calendar (relevant cultural moments) to drive talkability, earned impact, and commercial relevance.
  • Orchestrate multi-agency collaboration and manage key external relationships (media, influencers, partners, PR), ensuring high-quality delivery, on-time execution, and strong cross-functional alignment with commercial and brand advocacy teams.
  • Manage A&P investment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, applying data-driven performance analysis to optimize media, content, and digital activity while meeting media sufficiency and business growth targets.
  • Drive digital innovation pilots and best practices in partnership with global teams
  • Build digital and media capability across marketing teams
  • Ensure full compliance of marketing, digital, influencers, and others corporate governance standards.

Decision Making:

  • Define and lead the omnichannel media strategy (media, digital, influencers) for brands in scope, ensuring relevance across platforms, cultural moments, and consumer touchpoints.

  • Determine the most effective and efficient allocation of Digital, Media, and Influencer budgets through planning, prioritizing performance, reach, and brand impact.

  • Define ways of working, governance, and deliverables with media agencies, influencers, and key partners, including continuous performance assessment and management of strategic relationships with opinion formers and trade.

  • Financial Responsibility- When local agencies are used, there is direct management of digital media and influencers agency fees and negotiation. Otherwise, it requieres collaboration with a regional owner for the negotiation.

  • Direct management of the media and influencer budget for the brands, as well as the administrative process associated to it, such as purchase orders, invoice trackers, monthly forecast.

  • Leads the semi-annual sign-off process presenting each activation with defined budget, timeline, and KPIs.

  • Manage own T&E (Travel and Expense) operating budget, and is expected to adhere to all related policies, and to not exceed its assigned budget

  • Leadership Responsibility- There are no direct reports to this position; however the role require collaboration and leadership skills to inspire and influence multiple stakeholders: Brand Managers, Global Digital Center of excellence, Media & Influencers Managers, CMO team (comms at point of sale), Distributors Marketing teams, Global DMC team, Procurement, Digital managers in Global brand teams and external agencies teams.

  • Acts as advocate and trainer for DMC & global Influencer Standard for the Venezuela entity ensuring compliance and reporting guidelines are always respected

  • Qualifications and Experience Required- Bachelor degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Mass Media - required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building brands through Consumer & Digital Marketing, across the entire Digital Marketing Ecosystem (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Influencers, Email, Content, Mobile)

  • Media/Digital agency experience is preferred.

  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholder teams across geographies (remotely)

  • Proven ability to inspire and influence working team to deliver great work.

  • Project management skills for being able to plan, prioritize, and lead deliverables - required.

  • Strong relationships and proven track record of agency management

  • Bilingual Fluency (English & Spanish) required
