Meet the team:
As Dexcom continues to scale globally, our Procurement and Supplier Management (PSM) team in San Diego proudly partners with our Global Business Services (GBS) organization in Manila to drive operational excellence across our procurement ecosystem. We’re a team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement—and we’re excited to welcome a Procurement Process & Training Specialist who will help elevate our processes and empower our people. If you enjoy building clarity out of complexity, designing training that sticks, and shaping how teams work smarter every day, you’ll feel right at home with us.
Where you come in:
- You develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation for all procurement workflows.
- You design training materials, including video tutorials and digital learning content (DLC) modules.
- You conduct regular training sessions for business users on procurement policies, processes, and systems.
- You collaborate with regional teams to deliver localized training programs.
- You partner with all procurement teams to assess training needs and build strategic, comprehensive training plans.
- You coordinate with platform providers (e.g., Coupa, Aravo, Keelvar) to facilitate targeted training sessions for procurement end users.
- You plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems and processes meet business requirements before deployment.
- You serve as a key bridge between business users and technical teams, validating that delivered solutions align with real operational needs.
What makes you successful:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with experience in Administration and Accounting.
- You are willing and able to work during U.S. business hours (Pacific Standard Time).
- You have demonstrated experience working with systems such as Oracle (ERP), Coupa (Procurement), and Third-Party Risk Management tools.
- You are proficient in Procurement Operations and Vendor Management.
- You are fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills that allow you to convey information clearly, confidently, and professionally at all organizational levels.
- You bring a strong end-to-end procurement background, ideally with experience in Strategic Sourcing.
- Your knowledge of procurement within manufacturing, sales and distribution of medical devices, IT, facilities, and operations is a strong advantage.
- You are proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project management tools such as Smartsheet, and flowchart or process mapping tools.
- You can articulate ideas clearly and confidently, adapting your communication style to diverse stakeholders.
