Job Description

As a Sales Operations Specialist on the Global Go-to-Market (GTM) xDR Operations team, you will be the dedicated analytical and strategic partner for our APAC Sales Development Leadership team. You will be critical in driving the efficiency and strategic impact of our top-of-funnel motion across the region.

What you’ll be doing

  • Strategic Analytics: Create, manage, and distribute comprehensive dashboards and reports specifically for SDR/BDR teams and leadership.

  • Performance Tracking: Analyze top-of-funnel metrics, including lead volumes, MQL/SQL conversion rates, persistence, and campaign performance.

  • AI & Automation Strategy: Influence the design and scaling of AI-powered platforms integrated with our GTM stack to transform prospect engagement.

  • Data Stewardship: Resolve data quality issues within the initial funnel stages (Lead/Contact/Account) and maintain high hygiene standards across sales intelligence platforms.

  • Front-Line Support: Provide process support for xDRs and management, including resolving ticket escalations within Zendesk to solve daily tool and data queries.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Systems to ensure smart targeting and seamless workflows.

What you bring to the role

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Development Operations, or business/system analysis.

  • Direct experience within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.

  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business narratives.

  • Experience with a GTM stack including Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, and Snowflake is an advantage.

  • Experience using Sales Intelligence platforms such as Zoom Info or Lusha is also an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SQL.

  • Familiarity with Lead Routing/Management tools like Lean Data.

  • Experience with Sales Engagement Platforms such as Groove or Outreach.

  • A demonstrated ability to talk passionately about AI, Tech, or IT innovations.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
