Meet the team:

Global Tender Services oversees the tender enabling technology throughout the entire tender lifecycle, manages the global response library, and assists regional commercial teams in responding to tenders/bids. The manager collaborates with global and regional business partners to ensure the tender system supports tender processes and workflows, maintains and updates responses, and contributes to global tender submissions.

They provide analytics and insights on tender activities and administer the global tender management function, proposing policy and process enhancements. Additionally, the manager closely collaborates with the regional tender offices to improve tender and proposal development, submission, and contract processes, aligning with customer value drivers and Dexcom’s strategic interests.

Where you come in:

  • You provide tailored tender responses to regional stakeholders as part of submissions, focusing on achieving successful outcomes and improving conversion rates continuously.
  • You collaborate with regional tender teams and cross-functional subject matter experts to establish and maintain a criteria response library.
  • You support the review and interpretation of proposal and tender requirements, ensuring clear understanding of customer needs and contributing to bid/no-bid decisions.
  • You coordinate with internal functional areas to ensure adherence to governance and internal SOP requirements.
  • You develop and communicate department-wide KPIs for contracting, analytics, and strategic insights.
  • You manage third-party vendors, contractors, and service agreements to enhance tender operational efficiency and support growth objectives.
  • You perform additional duties as assigned.

What makes you successful:

  • You have experience administering tenders and contracts within the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry
  • You demonstrate experience in bid/tender/proposal development and management
  • You have a proven track record of successfully analyzing contracts and negotiating business terms.
  • You possess experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and/or tender management platforms
  • You possess experience with Knowledge base software & systems and/or CMS, content management systems
  • You have an ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and drive improvements across an organization.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, adept at gathering data from multiple sources, managing information, and integrating it effectively into submissions and contract development.
  • You are capable of managing ambiguity, prioritizing business needs, and balancing competing interests
  • You are effective in handling varied workloads under pressure, delivering high-quality outputs within tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • You are an exceptional communicator, skilled in building relationships and presenting persuasive arguments to diverse audiences, both internally and externally.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
