Work you'll do
Role requires excellent customer service skills, coordination with stakeholders, in-depth analysis skills, and an ability to resolve requests and questions from requestors. This position will have a broad range of responsibilities with a focus on overseeing the cross-workstream Customer/Client Master Data Management process for all Deloitte member firms served by the global SAP system for finance management, and the global Salesforce system for opportunity and risk management, in addition to establishing governance and controls on the firm's global Master Data Management system on Informatica.
Job responsibilities:
- Oversight of all end-to-end Customer/Client master data management processes across Deloitte's SAP and Salesforce platforms
- Driving discussions to onboard additional business units and geographies onto the current platform
- Leading data validation and data quality efforts for integrating additional business units and geographies
- Driving innovation, automation and process improvement across the Customer/Client Master domain and related areas
- Review of Customer/Client Add/Change requests through SAP, Salesforce and Informatica.
- Working with the Technology teams and other GFS areas to deliver efficient solutions.
- Monitoring delivery for service level adherence and high data quality
- Working with other master data domains such as Vendor Master to identify areas of synergy
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve difficult vendor master data-related problems as well as explain firm policies that relate to master data management
- Strong presentation/training skills; the ability to organize and develop training plans and materials & present live and virtual sessions to our internal customers
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work autonomously, ability to influence others

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent years of professional experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in SAP Customer Master Data Maintenance and/or SAP SD
- Strong understanding of SAP's Customer Master and SD processes
- Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Informatica and SQL proficiency
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,100 to $188,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
